Guzzy Build

So at Uwharrie or Broken Nut, I hit my exhaust on a rock and it shifted the whole bit and cracked my header. I got a new header, and was going to schedule an appt at the exhaust shop that did it before, they did a great job, they just routed it under one of my control arms and it hung to low. I called them and they said they didnt want anything to do with it. its too tight. Soooo... time for plan B. Find another exhaust shop.

My usual guy is already part time and last time I ran into him he said he might be out of it completely end of the year. I guess next time I need something serious I'll have to buy a builder's kit.

They all lazy as fawk now. My explorer sat for days at our shop here for manifold gaskets. Went to pick it up and and he goes "man them things hard to get to it'll be expensive" I said ok do it. "Man I just really don't want to". Took it home and did it myself easy peasy. Not a single bolt broke.

Thats exactly how it sounded to me. No pride in the work. Its not like i even asked him about price, i just wanted him to run it over the control arm instead of under it.... Nah, its too tight.

Had a good time with the jeep at Harlan for #OSCARX and we just got back from the Clemson Poker Run. Its been doing great. I made my way over to Tommy Glenns Muffler shop on friday when we got there and got my exhaust rerouted and its much better now. The drive up and back made me finally decide to go for some carpet in the jeep and some sound deadening. I also came to the realization that its almost time for new tires.

:ROFLMAO:, I did buy some bedrug carpet for it also....Just looked at Tire prices after you posted and it looks like i can still get 4 KM3s for around$1000, or 5 for $1300. So its not as bad as I thought it would be.
Man I wish 40s were that affordable. You can double that for the tires I had on the jeep. 39 reds are 900 a pop 😳
