setting coilovers up, what the rule on dual rate slider stop ring? I have 14" coilovers with 16-200 / 14-95 springs. I searched but I must sux at it or its not posted in build treads.
It's your preference. What that does is when it bottoms out you are only on your lower spring. So, it's all about what you want it to do and how you want it to ride.
