Windjammer question

Is there a difference in the 97-02 and 03-06 Windjammers other than the fabric? The one that I got from Marcus, which I think is the 97-02 version, doesn't fit right in my jeep. The top straps interfere with the sound pods. I was wondering if there was also a difference for speaker bar vs. speaker pods?

Thanks, I guess they're all the same then. I only used mine once this year, but I didn't mess with it long enough to get the straps under the pods.
