Ruff Stuff heims are supposedly better because they are cryo treated in addition to being heat treated. Barnes heims are only heat treated. Not sure how much of a difference that actually makes though...

After feeling how much tighter Coles ruff stuff Heims are, I will definitely buy ruff stuff Heims from now on.

QA1's aren't worth the price. Ruffstuff is great on a budget, if you want better step up to FK. Anything in between seems to be just overpriced.
