We will be meeting 5:30-7:00 at Jason's Deli on Gervais Street in Columbia.

If you are interested in helping with the Event if you can come from 6-7 that would be great!

Meeting Notes:

We will be meeting Before the next Club Meeting on 3-19-12 at the Event location to measure and plan out the site. 5:30pm.

Burgundy is emailing Papa Johns with our info for the Pizza Donation.

CFS Offroad is picking up the Teeter Totter Ramp from Carolina Driveline Sometime in the weeks leading up to the Event. They will store it on site at the shop before the event.
When they finalize a date, we may need some more hands to volunteer to help out and go get it with them.

Clemson 4 Wheel is bringing down the RTI Ramp the Morning of the Event.

The G6 RC Rock Course will be setup the weekend before the event april 21st or 22nd.

We need to see what miller has found out about the Parking situation.
