I bought this years ago when the timken company went out of business CHEAP! About 10 ten ft. Sticks They milled bearing races out of it is what I was told. It appears to be seamless tube and when you wire brush the rust off it shines like chrome.. I once tried to bend a piece in a JD2 hydraulic bender and quit because I was scared I was going to break it... my rockers on the zuk are built out of them and they are barely scratched let alone dented.also have my steering links built out of it...

All kinds of bearing steels it could be, but there all super hard and usually have a lot of chromium in them. Also they will tend to be brittle and not want to bend.
