This is the medium sized model with the Annex that can have another room zipped on. I ordered it with the heavier fabric to make it last. The Tent has been garage or carport kept its whole life with a cover over the cover. It is in Great shape and comes with a brand new memory foam mattress topper. No rips or tears and only a little bit of fading on the logos on the vinyl travel cover.
If you were to buy it new you would spend around $950-1000 + $200 to get it shipped to you.

Options include a ladder extension (RTT 7006) and changing room (RTT 8005). The Overland Plus comes with an extension on the tent designed to be used with a fully enclosed changing room (RTT 8005).
