Hey guys,

Our May meeting is July 20th at the Old Mill Brew Pub in Lexington, SC. Meeting starts at 7:00pm, but we will be out around 6 to chat and hang out.

We will be discussing our Summer and Fall Trips.

We will have the club shirts for anyone looking to purchase a new shirt.

See yall there!

Please Post up if you plan to attend, so we an get an idea of how many to expect.

Meeting Minutes 7/20/15

40+ in attendance

Budget

Monies came out for the past two events, however we sold a lot of shirts. Balances from PayPal have been transferred to the checking account.
Current Balance - $1820 **
**Not all expenses from last trip have posted as of the meeting.
T-SHIRT SALE – In effort to clear the remaining inventory we are selling all shirts for $10 S-XL and $12 XXL +.

Trip Reports

• Uwharrie Weekend – Art reported from the weekend, Very hot ! Camped great wheeling. Ran everything except Daniel. Wet.
• Larry’s House Work day – Did a Lift on a JK and several other projects
• Lake day – 45+ in attendance, Swimming, Grilling, Goose Poop!
o Sending a thankyou letter to the owner of holiday shores
• 4th of July Peach Festival Parade – 14 Jeeps, HOT, Peach Ice Cream!!
• Backwoods Trip – 22 Jeeps, 2 Dodges and 1 Ford – 34Miles covered
o Sending a Thankyou letter/tshirt to the contact that invited us out.

• Aug. 1 Daily Driver Offroad Facebook Group – Trip to Gulches
• Aug. 15 HRD Offroad, Gaston - ~$15/vehicle – Possible Pool Party/Dinner/
