Thanks. Looks like a beautiful day to get out and explore! I've got zero off-road experience, so this will be fun for us. Planning to take along a grill, chairs, etc. and spend a few hours out there.

They close it off January 15th? I've been like 3 or 4 times during october november january and april and its never been closed

It will open back up in April, I believe. It's the same schedule each year.

I thought it was going to be open all year long now through DNR. The 15 was only for 4wheeler restriction??. It's part of the jocassee gorges natural resources area???

Pretty sure I saw a sign today that said it will close on the 15th....my wife just verified that she saw it too.
