I just pulled front and rear axles from my Jeep last week.

78 Cherokee front axle - 62" wide, passenger drop, 4.56 gears, Aussie locker (doesn't seem to unlock any more), Nitro chromoly shafts, old style Longfield joints (no bushings, and they've gotten a bit noisy), Solid diff cover, 1.5"x.250 DOM tierod w/ 7/8" heims, PartsMike crossover steering arm, hydro assist w/ TG 2"ram, Warn prem locking hubs. Includes spare stubs, spicer joints, locking hub, drive flanges, etc. Pinion seal leaks a bit. Setup for SOA in a YJ, converted to 5x5.5 bolt pattern.
78 Scout rear axle - 60.5 wide (with included spacers), 4.56 gears, powertrax No-Slip locker, Alloy USA shafts, Solid diff cover, setup for 4-link w/ coilovers, full width truss, disk brakes, aluminum wheels spacers (I think 1.5") to match the front width a little better.
