I think they are Nemesis. I have button head hardware, nutserts, etc. Made for led tail lights.

Adding set of factory steel wheels off the Duramax with 265/75/r16 Kuhmo tires and center caps. Tread was good on two and not so good on two, but been in storage building for a long time. If anyone could use them name a price and I'll go get pictures.
