somehow mine is always quieter when its cold, then after about 30 seconds my diesel sound starts.

No wonder you know so much about Jeeps. 15 yards in either direction of the shop and you gotta be sleeping in one of them. The Ol'Cj didn't like it but it did Fire right up.

max, do you still run the little grill flappers to get it to warm up?

Heck yes. Ever since I put the 4 core radiator in it, stupid thing won't get to full temp when its near freezing without it. Fully close it up and it is warm before you hit the highway.

I plugged the truck in last night so I wouldn't freeze for 3/4 of my commute.
