YJ steering

Ok. Has anyone upgraded their power steering? 5 minutes into wheeling my arms feel like I've been doing an upper body workout for an hour.
I'm running 37s, my front axle is welded (i know that's most of my problem) but I see people running the same size and larger with no issues.
Normally I wheel with just passenger side hub locked in & just lock drivers when I want it and it is a little easier to steer (not much).
I read about people running Durango box, supposedly a little larger piston making it easier to turn larger tires. Also people drilling out their PS pumps for more flow. And of course there's hydraulic assist.
But just curious as to what you guys or gals have done.

Ok, so I'm definitely doing a flat top knuckle and high steer arm on my passenger side for the drag link... But I can't decide whether or not to go ahead and do the driver side and get the tie rod up at the same time?
