Workday August 15th

We're having a workday at my house in Leesville this Saturday. If you want to come and don't know where I live, send me a private message. If you're on the club email list, information will be coming out.

We'll get started around 9:00 am and work until we get hot or tired...

I spent some time last weekend cleaning up and moving a bunch of stuff to the container so we'd have room to work.

I also have a lightbar Khris bought me a year or so ago. Not sure why, because it was not on my wish list...he said 'cuz they look cool'. . They also tend to whistle in the wind, so I am not planning to install it. Might have to put it on the buy/sell page!

no problem installing those, but they are plastic and do fall off when they look at rocks. I had them on my JK before installing sliders.

We had a good day starting with fresh donuts, cookies, rotel dip, and pie. We accomplished a few projects and created a couple more. Then for those that stuck around we got lunch from Randals and even shot some suppressed 22s.

I was surprised how rusty those were inside. They had basically rusted out from the inside along the whole slider. I picked up another set from Nick on sunday so @K2hruska will be protected in the future.

Those bumpstops had definitely lived a hard 12 years, next project is to replace the rears. Need to get some on order.
