I got it last weekend but my Compressor can't really push it.

Comes with some aluminum Oxide media in the hopper already
And a box of crushed walnut.

What CFM do you think you would need for it to work well?

I dont know. I have a 25 gallon tank and it did not keep up. It would work when i had the pressure up there. I just did not want to fight it. When it was low pressure it would belch more media. I do think i had the valve opened too far.

Working at 100 PSI, the recommended compressor sizes are:

#2 1/8-inch nozzle: 20 CFM
#3 3/16-inch nozzle: 45 CFM
#4 1/4-inch nozzle: 81 CFM
#5 5/16-inch nozzle: 137 CFM
#6 3/8-inch nozzle: 196 CFM
#7 7/16-inch nozzle: 254 CFM
#8 1/2-inch nozzle: 338 CFM
