Swapping out the carrier portion to use an awesome product EXOGATE...:+) on the LJ finally. I was hoping to re use just the bumper with the xogate but the spindle is too tall to clear the oversize exogate hinges. So, offloading it and will replace with a different bumper only.
This tire carrier is very nice and very useful, because it swings in synch with the tailgate. You don't have to open the carrier seperately from the tailgate itself. Comes with a bracket you mount into the tailgate that has a small hiem joint on it so swing in unison.
Also integrated is a hi-lift mount into the tire carrier portion. Includes small backside crossmember reinforcement plates.
Its around $1000 for the bumper and tire carrier powdercoated + shipping new.

The powdercoating is scraped on the underside a little bit, and also where the lock pin slides, they didn't design it real well, so the powercoating is worn there. I have a stainless cover plate that can go over that worn spot they sent out after the fact.
