Mastercraft rubicon bench 40"

Brand new in the bag, tags still attached. Too wide to fit my application, was made to fit a tj. Black with red inserts. I figured that it would be easier/cheaper to see if any of you may want it rather trying to return it to mastercraft. Asking $420. Was $575 from mastercraft.

Is it the 97-02 or 03-06? Or is there a difference?

It shows as a direct bolt in for either, so I would say that they're the same
