The club should have 2 or 3 "club" banners. I forget were they are, i think miller has them. I do like the Show and Shine Banner. Could you leave the "Date" area clear, and add a large sticker with the Date on it so it can be reused if the event happens again?

We can get a sticker to cover the date next year.

The midcarolinajeepers "banner" that miller gave me to use at the rock crawl in spartanburg was small and just vinyl letters on corrugated plastic. I would like to have a large and portable banner to bring to events. It will be around $20 for the banner, so no worries there.

Who's making the banner? Unless you've got someone special in mind, look into Griffith Graphics at the Barnyard flea market. Good people to work with. Very durable finished products.

Let me know if you want A banner stand, and how tall you want it. I can make it colapsible so it can be transported easily. That's if you like the idea.
I'll just need a banner to measure out anchor points and a week head start to build it.
