So, Project Frank needs new shoes(or almost whore out old hand-me downs). I think the wheels on it now are 15", so could also be interested in a set of tires that would fit 15" rims. Looking for something wheelable Frank will never see pavement, unless its doing brake stands in Larry's Driveway.
