going to make plans for a traction bar? those xj springs turned backwards might allow for some axle wrap.
From what I've read it all depends on vehicle and the driver. So I guess I won't really know until I try it.

If you are new to the crawling scene what makes you want to stretch it?
I don't really have an answer for you on that. I figured it would be cost affective to do it now as compared to 6 mouths from now. I love the way they look. But as far as wheeling 1 that has been stretched?? Couldn't tell you, unless you count my old F-150

Thanks man. Working on a wrap bar right now. Hopefully I'll weld it on this weekend, or 1 night next week.

Thinking about going ahead and doing some trimming after the wrap bar is in. Was going to get some 1.5" springs, but I think I'm going take the flares off and trim instead.

Wrap bar, after looking at several different designs. Unsure about the mount to cross-member so I have the heim and a bushing mount to try out.
Axle bracket is 3/8", traction bar is 1.5" square tubing 1/8" wall, cross-member is 1.5" square tubing 3/16" wall.

Looks good, what size is that hiem though? all the force of from the axle will be acting to bend the shank on the hiem joint.
