    Transfer Case

Alright, what went wrong with my transfer case. I assumed the damage to the case was from the driveshaft flopping around but it was still attached to the gear, so u-joint didn't fail. Bearing go out?TRANSFER CASE.jpg

Usually when I see this, it is a result of the front driveshaft being too long and being driven back into the t-case whenthe front end droops or hits something.

Seen another post from 2014 on the Jeep Forum with similar breakage, said it was from the front drive shat double cardan joint freezing at highway speeds.
