Broken Nut Off Road Park

There is a new park in Jefferson, SC. If you are on FB you have probably seen my post about it. I was out there Saturday and had a good time. It reminds me a lot of when Gulches first opened.

This was a slick ravine that denied me and the yota buggy......

This is the entrance to another ravine and some pictures of us in it. Has three different exits.

Open Saturday and Sunday with primitive camping. $15 to get in passengers $5 and I think they have a kids free age limit. Will add more as they are available. It's 20 - 30 min from the shop. If you go let me know and I'll meet you there. They need a map. If I had a GPS that I could put in my jeep I'd map it for them. Right now it's about 300 acres with another 200 available for future expansion.

Looks like a cool place with some good potential. Might need to go down and do some mapping.

Please do and please give me a heads up and I will join you and show you what I know. There are two more trails I was shown this past weekend that will be cut when it gets cooler.
