Wtb: Built Rig, min 35-37's, holds 4 people

I've got a guy looking for a well built rig that he can carry his family in and has at least 35's. He doesn't want junk, probably something along the lines of BlewTJ like Matt had. He has the ability to pay for something that is worth the asking price.
