April 27 is our Mega 4x4 Competition with a Twist. We have 2 preregistrations in Wild and 3 in Mild. So far no stock registrations have come in. We need at least 3 in each class registered before April 19th to have that class in the competition. This is fun comp. and not all that difficult. No up front money is required just email Skip that you want to register.

Can you give us a breakdown of what constitutes Stock, Mild, and Wild Classes? What is required in each class? what can be considered stock?

Here are a few more details to this event to answer some of the questions we have had. With the driver and spotter not allowed out of the vehicle it will be their coordinated efforts to get as close as they can to retrieve the tennis ball and take it to the next cone. If you read the yellow block on the flier it explains it. Classes stock must be stock with tires no bigger than 3" over stock size. No after market lockers or suspensions if it was not available through the factory for that particular model. Mild will be relatively stock full body with after market stuff. Some truggies will be mild but others will be classed as wild. This is first of all a fun event. Unless it is completely obvious that you belong in a particular class you can register for what ever class you think is fair for you. Courses will be determined at the time of the event with regards to trail conditions. We will use trails close to the parking lot. Stock courses will not be insane trails but cone placement is what will make it challenging. Winners get their registration $ back and a plaque. Second and third get plaques.

How do you determine stock suspension? Heavier rate coils or spacers with stock arms, steering , ect considered stock suspension?

jimbo if you want to be in Stock then that's ok we are not getting real picky I have let one stock xj in with a lift and 35's open open but can't take his doors off which is going to make it more difficult for him. We aare not real strict on the classes.

So does it cost 20 addition dollars to trail ride after the event if you compete in it? Or just 20 for people not competing that only want to trail ride?
