Dana 60 High Steer Arms

#1
I am in the process of milling my own high steer arms. I'd like to do a spring-less arm similar to the ballistic or parts mike arms. I am looking for some information on the correct counter bore depth for the bottom of the arm.

I plan on using a 1/8" shim plate on top of the nylon bushing and need to know how deep the counter bore should be so that I can obtain the correct preload (I believe 20-25 lbs turning resistance on knuckle) with my adjustment screw.

If someone has a spring-less arm out of their jeep that they can measure it would save me alot of time figuring it out. Thanks for any help.
