View Full Version : Need driveshaft lengthened

Anyone on here lengthen drive shafts? or know a good place around Columbia to get it done? i know of CCC and Carolina drive-line..just seeing what elese is out there. I need my front drive shaft on my Duramax lengthened about 1.5 inches.

Call Fred at fleetpride on shop rd, he'll get you squared away pretty quick.

Yeah, see Fred and bring cash. He works a lot faster that way(plus, that's all he takes).

I think fleet pride ships theres off to Carolina Driveline. I think thats what Carolina Driveline was telling us.

Paul @ CCC is cheaper , just had the same thing does to a Dodge shaft . Cost me $90 .

I have 4 or 5 driveshafts lengthened or shortened and 2 driveshafts built from scratch by Fred. All were done in his shop as turn around time was same day (sometimes only 2 or 3 hours for shortening or lengthening), so I'm not aware of him sending anything to carolina driveline.
