Cleaning of soft top windows

Wondering what the best method of cleaning the windows on a soft top is.

1. What material and cleaner should I use to clean the windows on a regular basis?
2. Are there any specific chemicals that should be avoided?
3. Is there a recommended method to clean up existing scratches and haze?

Thanks for your advise.

I've also done well with plain old dishsoap and warm water. Use LOTS of fresh water first to remove anything chunky, then use the dishsoap water with a very soft cotton rag, or a car washing mitt, etc. Rinse with lots of water.

I use a vinyl covertible top cleaner (Mother's brand, I think) on the top fabric and Lemon Pledge with a micro fiber towel on the windows.

Flitz

Flitz metal polish works very well on isenglass (plastic windows). Rub it in with your fingers and hit it with a flitz power ball. Shines like new!
