cj drum brakes

Anyone happen to know if the AMC 20 brake parts cross over to anything else? the axles I bought are missing the parking brake strut/equalizer bar. I know the use a lot of gm and motorcraft parts in these things and one of the local parts houses has GM park brake equalizers for a 10 inch drum on the shelf. wondering if it will fit since no one carries one for a cj. found them on the internet but they are more expensive plus shipping. but I cant find the springs for the equalizer anywhere. any help is appreciated.
